On-Site Support Supplier Tasks but not limited to:

Ø  Liaison between Customer and Supplier.

Ø  Technical Project Management activities at Tier 1 (2) supplier.

Ø  Providing one face to supplier and project / engineering leadership for all project technical content.

Ø  Lead, drive, and communicate the customer’s engineering team to resolute of complex issues within the manufacturing process.

Ø  Create, maintain, and track all engineering change requests (ECR’s) from Tier 1 and 2 suppliers.

Ø  Create, maintain, communicate, negotiate, and track all customers engineering change requests (ECR’s)

Ø  Track status of engineering deliverable, report out to management, escalate topics when necessary.

Ø  Coordinate build plan for DV/PV, SOP, and production with management. Communication with Tier 1 and 2 suppliers to ensure parts availability for build plan.

Ø  Responsible for technical changes in control plan, assembly lines, and part manufacturing.

Ø  Lead deviation approvals for assembly processes, quintessentially communication with customers engineering, SQM, Purchase Department.

Ø  Create, maintain, audit, and track process control plan for parts manufacturing and assembly.

Ø  Attend PPAP run, track and review and PPAP documentation. Release of PPAP documentation.

Ø  Create, maintain, and track engineering documentation for internal gate reviews.
